Montañita - the surfing capital of Ecuador

Its paradisiacal beaches and good weather should be enough reasons to convince you to come to this small bohemian town in the Ecuadorian Pacific Coast.

But if that is not the case, then you have to know that Montañita is famous in the entire world for its waves, which makes Montañita the surfing capital of Ecuador and one of the best places to practice this sport in South America. Several world championships have taken place here.
